KC/SS Online Store and Salon Return Policy 

All Hair weft Orders  and Wigs are Non-Refundable exchange only if product has not been opened or used. Must be in original packaging and not unwrapped from the bundle in order to exchange. Must be exchanged with 3-5 days after order is received. 

All SALE Items Final Sale No exception!  So please review the item carefully  before purchasing. 

No Stock Wigs can be exchanged (excluding Sale wigs)  ( All wigs must be in original Packaging. 

Custom Wig and Stock Wig Orders are Non-Refundable 

Please email for more details to confirm whether your product can be exchanged. Customer is responsible for all postage when returning hair products. One you ship package back please notify us with the tracking number. 

Allow 5-9 business Days for return processing. 

Original Shipping Fees are Non-Refundable. 

A restocking fee will be assessed on all orders.
